Shipping Information

You have 30 days to return a product you are not satisfied with. Call 505.890.9416 to get a return authorization number. You will be issued a credit for the item on your charge card that is on file for the purchase. Refunds will not be given for shipping/handling charges. The product must be in original condition and packaging.

Because of copyright laws, books and patterns cannot be returned. If you feel a need for returning a book for some reason, as it was damaged in shipping, please call to discuss this matter.

We do not accept returns on cut fabric. If the fabric has a defect that we may have overlooked, please call to discuss this with us.

Our minimum cut is 1 yard. Please be aware that all orders received under our minimum cut will be increased to 1 yard.

All orders will be shipped first class mail. For requesting overnight or 2 day priority mail, actual posting will be charged plus a $3.00 handling charge.

Sales tax will be calculated for New Mexico customers.
